In 1998, Fred Land founded Interlock Industries, Inc. to produce Spray-Lock Premium Eco Adhesives, water-based aerosol spray adhesives that have now been used on over 600 million square feet of flooring in the U.S. and internationally. The company is headquartered in Chattanooga, TN, USA, with U.S. production facilities in Chatsworth, GA, and more than 50 agents in the U.S. and throughout the world.

Since joining Spray-Lock in 1998, Michael has worked in virtually every position on the production line, technical services, and research and development. When he is not testing and reviewing products, he’s handling IT projects around the office. Michael also stars in a few of our RugLock videos, along with his beautiful children, Lennox and Dexter.
