1. Prep the substrate
  • Substrate must be clean, level, flat, dry, and dust-free.
  • HVAC must be continuously operated for a minimum of 72 hours at a temperature of no less than 68*F prior to installation.
2. Spray the adhesive
  • Shake can well.
  • Snap off safety tab.
  • Hold can 18″-24″ from wall.
  • Apply evenly to substrate (two 8’x4′ sheets per can).
3. Allow adhesive to tack
  • Allow adhesive to dry to the touch (10-20 minutes).
  • High humidity/cold air temperature will increase tack time.
  • A fan can help circulate air to shorten tack time.
4. Check for adhesive tack
  • Allow adhesive to dry until there is no adhesive transfer when lightly touched (10-20 min).
  • High humidity and/or low temperature increases tack time.
  • Use a damp cloth for wet overspray.
  • Use mineral spirits for dry overspray.
  • Leave dried adhesive residue on tip until ready to use again.
5. Install material onto wall
  • Adhesive working time is 8 hours.
  • Install material before pressure is applied.
  • Properly align material before pressure is applied.
  • Prior to rolling or heavy pressure, material can be repositioned by pulling away from the wall, moving to new position and reapplying material to wall.
  • Seams: follow manufacturer’s recommendations for sealing seams and corners. Seams may be sealed immediately after application of wall covering.
