President - CEO


After years of success with Acutech, the makers of Fix-A-Flat, Fred and his business partner Mike Whitaker became concerned about the environmental impact of certain chemicals. In 1998, they decided to start Interlock Industries, the makers of Spray-Lock Premium Eco Adhesives. When not creating innovative products, Fred loves seeing rock concerts with his wife and sons, spending time with his lovely grandchildren and being an avid LEGO Maniac.


Senior VP of R&D and Technical Services


Since joining Spray-Lock in 1998, Michael has worked in virtually every position on the production line, technical services and research and development. When he is not testing and reviewing products, he’s handling IT projects around the office. Michael also stars in a few of our RugLock videos, along with his beautiful children, Lennox and Dexter.


Chief Financial Officer


With over 30 years of experience as a C.P.A., Charles deftly handles the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the company, including the development of financial and operational strategies. He works out of Atlanta, GA, where he lives with his lovely family.


Senior VP of Finance & Operations


After many years as a CPA, Doug joined Spray-Lock in 2011 to manage the accounting and financial responsibilities for both Spray-Lock companies, as well as oversee manufacturing, production and distribution of Spray-Lock Eco Adhesives. He’s a loving husband and father, as well as the office jokester. 


VP International / EMEAA Markets


David began working with Spray-Lock in 2006 when he launched Spray-Lock Adhesives into Australia and New Zealand. After appointing Adhesive Distributors there, he began opening export markets in Asia and Europe. David now appoints, trains and manages SCP Distributors in Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

Donald joined Spray-Lock in 2011 with more than 20 years experience in business and product development. He identifies and implements market-driven strategies, as well as promotes a customer-oriented focus to develop and maintain new business and strategic partnerships.
